MELASMA SHOW UP IN CONTRACEPTIVE PILLS ACCEPTORS

AbstractIntroduction : Melasma is one of the most common hyperpigmentation disorders among womans, patches which commonly found on face especially sunlight exposured area. One factors causing melasma use oral contraceptives cause buildup hormones estrogen and progesterone skin.Objectives Thus, aim study to analyze association between duration contraceptive pills melasma.Methods This used a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted in May-July 2020. subjects were 36 womans aged 30-55 years old acceptors that qualify inclussion criteria not eligible exclussion criteria. data collected primarily using questionnaires. Physical examinations done through observation with photo respondents. Data analysis Chi Square test significance value p <0,05.Results Based results this study, 0.017 less than 0.05 indicates relationship variables melasma.
